Why: Have you ever wondered who the people are behind the first names and voices you hear on this podcast? Well, frequent panelist and moderator Sarah thought you might – because she listens to lots of podcasts and enjoys hearing about the personalities behind those – and so she thought you might be feel the same about the United Couch Potatoes!
How – as in How Do You Do?
Our humble little podcast has officially been going for six years, and, as always, we will be covering many more shows and introducing many more panels as time progresses, but if you’ve ever wondered about the “lives behind the podcast,” you’re in luck. In our “On the Couch With…” feature, one panelist interviews another panelist, who interviews another panelist, who interviews another panelist, and so on, so that the United Couch Potatoes might give our listeners a larger, more savory taste of the Potatoes’ personalities. The interviews are unscripted (as in, the interviewees do not see the questions in advance), and they explore a little more about the interviewee’s interests, TV and not.

In our eighth installment of this feature, Moderator and Panelist Spencer interviews Soon-To-Be Moderator and Panelist Kyle with some probing, thoughtful questions about his TV watching tastes. Spencer brings the spicy snark and a penchant for superheroes to the proceedings, which Kyle is only too happy to oblige!
